We are a team of enthusiastic and devoted social workers, emanating from different streams, having successful and result-oriented professional careers. Collectively, we bring a pragmatic approach to our mission statement.
Our Pioneer
A legendary, An Educationist of Global Fame, A Philanthropist and Mentor & Guide to many, always pushed Education for all.
He used to say “if India becomes 100 percent literate, then citizens would be self-depended.”
His professional career, spanning over 60 years, he headed prestigious educational institutes like Thapar University, REC Kurukshetra, Apeejay Education Society and also was advisor to many more.
To make his dream and passion for education a reality; team Adistha Foundation is dedicatedly working to elevate and Give Rise In Strengthening Social Status of Youth and Children from underprivileged families.
He used to say “If You Talk About It, And You Think About It, It Will Manifest.”
Trustee and Chairman
He holds Doctorate in Mantra Therapy and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He carries 38 years of work exposure in Business Administration, Public Relations, and Social Services. He is involved with the Blind Relief Association and a couple of NGOs’ based in the Delhi NCR region. His major interest lies in helping the differently abled. He takes a keen interest in promoting campaigns for various aspects of health, sanitation, child education, natural & distance healing, and alternative medical treatment.
Passionate about social care causes and alternative medical treatment, he is a key mentor and adviser raising the cause of “Adistha Foundation”
Trustee, President and CEO
He has over four decades of professional experience having worked across companies of national and global repute. With his engineering and management background, he carries entrepreneurial skill sets and is very passionate to do something different. His special interests are “Social Care Services” for the society and community.
During the college days, he was an active volunteer of National Service Scheme and represented state of Punjab during the Rehabilitation Programme undertaken by Mahatma Gandhi Sewa Ashram, Morena, MP. He has largely contributed towards Childcare, Food & Relief Camps and Mass Marriage Initiatives for the needy girls and boys.

She is a graduate in Humanities, Economics and Social Sciences. Passionate to do something for the Elders and Derelict, she carries an apt understanding towards medical and health care. She can handle the ailing, in a very dignified manner, who are in need of assistance and support to maintain healthy livelihood.
She has keen interest and has largely contributed towards the social causes helping children to keep pace with their school studies and extra-curricular activities.

Chief Operating Officer
Sh. Abhijit Sarkar
We are proud to have Abhijit Sarkar, a noted CSR and ESG consultant, on board with us. He is a graduate of Delhi University and started his career in the ITES, but made the transition to the Non Profit Sector by volunteering at the grass root level.
He has worked with Pravah, Goonj, GVNML, Bachpan Bachao Andolan and Civil Society Organizations such as; Participatory Research in Asia, Etasha Society, Navjyoti India Foundation, Citizen Alliance and People Science Institute, and many more. He also worked with renowned celebrities such as Dr Kiran Bedi, Cricketer and Philanthropist – Mr. Yuvraj Singh for their respective foundations.
For the last 10 years, he is mentoring many Non Profit Organizations and is the Managing Director of Expert Solutions for Non Profit.

In an attempt to regularize the valuation field, he formed a Registered Valuers Foundation under the IBBI guidelines named IOV RVF. He is closely engaged with the Bankers and other concerned Financial Organizations on a principled approach of highlighting the gaps in communications between the Valuers and the bankers.
Being a professional of different domains, exposures, experiences, and guidance he brings in outstanding contributions to us.

He has a unique blend of experiences serving the Indian Army for 27 years and the was served as Addl. Commissioner at EPFO. Currently, he is serving as Director of DPG School of Technology & Management, Gurgaon.
With his professional profile, exposure, and experiences the contributions and pieces of advice, especially in education and operations have special space with us.

An avid donor has been donating to children in war-torn areas. She is very keen to volunteer in the foundation’s future efforts and is responsible for the overall monitoring of the projects.
